FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
Q. Do you offer free shipping?
A. No, we do not. The reason is because "free" is not really free. To cover the cost of "free" shipping, we would have to increase the price of our mugs. We then tell you that we offer "free" shipping. We would rather be able to keep the price of our mugs reasonable.
Q. Does it cost more to have a mug custom made?
A. No, it doesn't cost more.We are very happy to design a mug for you personally.
Q. How do I order a customized mug?
A. Here is how to do that.
1. Select the mug you wish to customize.
2. On the right hand side click the box that says Yes.
3. Enter the information requested.
4. Upload up to 5 photos.
5. Click on Add to cart when you are ready.
6. We will do several layouts with your provided information and photos. This will take 1-2 days. We will email you the layouts to approve. Payment will not be received by us until we have your approval for at least one of the designs.
7. Once we have your approval, we will sublimate the mug and get it in the mail to you.
8. There are no returns or refunds on customized mugs unless we misspelled/misprinted something.
